Author Command Center is designed specifically for independent fiction authors and publishers to manage their marketing, reader relationships, book launches, and business operations from a unified dashboard. Our Service includes marketing dashboards, unified communications, social media management, automated workflows, and comprehensive business intelligence tools.

Pricing and Payment Terms
Author Command Center is offered as a subscription service with two pricing plans. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following payment terms:
Subscription Plans
Monthly Plan
$97/month
Recurring Charge: This is a recurring monthly subscription that will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
Free Trial: Includes a 14-day free trial. Your credit card will not be charged until after your free trial period ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No Refund Policy: The monthly plan does not offer refunds. Once your free trial ends and you are charged, no refunds will be issued for any billing period, including partial months. Please cancel before your next billing date if you wish to discontinue the service.
Yearly Plan
$997/year
Recurring Charge: This is a recurring annual subscription that will automatically renew each year until cancelled.
Saving: You save $167 compared to the monthly plan (equivalent to 2 months free).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Payment Details
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, FastPay Direct.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in the refund policy above.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for the duration of their subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service for non-payment or failed payment transactions.

Annual Plan - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to the Annual Plan ($997/year), you have 30 days from your subscription date to evaluate the Service. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within this 30-day period.
How to Request a Refund:

Provide your account information and reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Important: After the 30-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued for the Annual Plan. This includes partial refunds for any unused portion of the subscription year.
Monthly Plan - No Refund Policy
The Monthly Plan ($97/month) includes a 14-day free trial. Your credit card will not be charged during this trial period. However, once your free trial ends and your first payment is processed, or any subsequent payments are processed, no refunds will be issued.
No Refunds Include:
No refunds for any monthly billing cycle once charged
No prorated refunds for partial months
No refunds if you cancel mid-month
No refunds after the 14-day free trial period has ended
To Avoid Charges: If you do not wish to continue with the Monthly Plan, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Cancellations can be made at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
General Refund Terms

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that violate these Terms
Disputes with your payment processor do not exempt you from these refund terms

Log into your Author Command Center account
Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription Management
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

Cancellation Timeline
Monthly Plan: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month
Annual Plan: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing year
You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period
No additional charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
What Happens After Cancellation
Your account will remain active until the end of your paid billing period
You will retain access to all features and data until cancellation is effective
We recommend exporting any important data before your account becomes inactive
Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation
After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy
Acceptable Use Policy
As a user of Author Command Center, you agree to use our Service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted Use
Use the Service for managing your author business and marketing activities
Connect and manage legitimate author-related accounts (social media, email, etc.)
Track and analyze your business performance metrics
Communicate with readers and customers in a professional manner
Create and manage marketing campaigns for your books and author brand
Prohibited Use
Using the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
Violating intellectual property rights of others
Sharing or selling account access to unauthorized users
Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
Using the Service to promote illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code into the Service
Interfering with or disrupting the Service's operation
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees
You and Mystic Valley Press waive any right to a jury trial
